Muslims of the Blue Ridge is a community of men and women who seek to know Allahﷻ and help others to know Himﷻ as well. We are students in the living tradition of the Tariqa Tijaniya. Our purpose is to provide education, guidance and a space defined by continuous God-consciousness.

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah will say on the Day of Resurrection: Where are those who love each other for the sake of My majesty? Today, I will shelter them in My shade on a day when there is no shade but Mine.”

We hold weekly classes, learning foundational texts in the time tested methods of traditional Islam. We facilitate travel, offering aspirants the opportunity to visit scholars, saints and Muslim communities—both in the U.S and abroad.

The goal of this journey is knowledge of Allah. The aspirant must walk the path of: Islam (Practice),
Iman (Faith)
and Ihsan (Presence)
to reach their destination.

Weekly Schedule
